I chose the view I did because I thought this hallway, was not to hard, but not to easy. I also chose it because I felt I could make it colorful and fun with all of the bricks. Another reason I chose it was because most of my friends were doing that hallway with me and we wanted to compare our drawings at the end. Some problems we had was with the back of the hallway its not flat, so it made it difficult to draw. I decided to just to my best and it turned out ok. Another problem was with the bricks they ended up being harder to draw and color, but i'm glad I did it the way I did. I compared my drawing and it is so much better than my 1st one. I am very proud, the doors are better and it just looked like a real hallway the 2nd time.
I chose this mona lisa because I thought it was funny. Another reason I chose it is because I like Mcdonalds. Also I thought we need to show that french fries can make you fat.
I had problems with the skin color, I decided to just leave it the way it is. I also had problems with the nose/facial expresions, so I just shadowed it a little bit. I also decided to put a mcdonalds in the backround because she was holding french fries.
I improved because I learned how to blend colors better. Also I learned that if you use different mediums an art piece can look better. Another thing is making things brighter, will make them stand out.
Interesting facts that I learned is the Mona Lisa's eyes are facing right. Also that the Mona Lisa could or could not be a girl, I didn't know that. Another interesting fact I learned is that it took the artist 4 years to complete the Mona Lisa.
